Here we have a couple of Harry and his Hippo comics, which appeared in The Dandy between March and April 2011, as part of the comic’s ‘Strictly Come Laughing’ contest (which the duo went on to win later, hooray!) All of these strips are © DC Thomson and Co , and great BIG thanks to them for letting me share them with you all!

The first in the run of Harry and his Hippo, where I bought back the popular 80s strip for a new run!

This strip features a cameo from more classic Dandy characters - Bully Beef and Chips!

The first appearance of Hippo's favourite food, cabbage, in my run. YUM!
